Boss Babe Extraordinaire, Nurse Jess is our founder and CEO of MICAHEALING Aesthetics + Wellness.  Certified in cosmetic injectables and clinical weight management, with over 15 years of healthcare experience, Jess will be your #1 supporter for all things aesthetics & wellness.  After surviving multiple blood clots in 2024 that impacted her brain, heart and lungs, Jess decided to follow her dreams and develop a holistic + functional practice to offer an alternative to traditional western medicine.  Her previous roles in hospital leadership, emergency and trauma nursing, as well as operations, helped shape her into the CEO that she is today.  Jess serves on the board of directors for the Highland-White Lake Business Association and is also a CPR Instructor.  Her passion for helping people is palpable. Nurse Olivia is an absolute dream to have on our team.  As a Certified Nurse Injector and a Peptide Guru, Liv embodies compassionate care.  After her own hormonal health journey through adolescence and into adulthood, Liv's passion for helping women with nutrition, acne and positive body image has strengthened.  She has several years of experience in the wellness space, particularly surrounding medical weight loss and hormone optimization. She loves what she does!  Liv is also a pediatric oncology nurse and is working on her Nurse Practitioner degree.  She has fantastic recipes and shares often on her social media.  Her favorite food is watermelon!

To be blessed is to know her.  Jessica brings absolute joy to the MICAHEALING team.  As a licensed esthetician and laser specialist, with many years in the dermatology field, Jessica provides top notch services in the esthetic space.  She also holds certifications in dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels and acne specialist.  However, Jess is known for her signature relaxation facial, where as one patient put it, "it was transformative."   Jessica is a skincare junkie and has a thorough knowledge set when recommending treatments and medical grade skincare products.  A graduate of Lakeland High School, the Huron Valley community has been, and continues to be, her home.  She literally knows everybody.    Jessica has two amazing kiddos and she is a die-hard dance mom! Coach Jess has actively been involved as a personal trainer + certified health coach for over 10 years.  Clinically, she is an Occupational Therapy Assistant, with an extensive background in understanding how the body moves.  She teaches our Body + Balance group fitness classes, offers one-on-one lifestyle coaching and provides personalized nutrition guidance to optimize weight loss & well-being.  Jess is single mom, who truly knows how important self-care is.  She provides a pilates-inspired style approach to fitness, with intention on strength, balance and body mechanics.  Coach Jess is certified in GLP-1 training as well as Hormone Balance.  This means she is a content expert in creating plans that boost outcomes during clinical weight management and menopause.  If you are new to working out, or need some extra help in achieving your goals, then schedule your free consultation with Coach Jess TODAY!  

Libby is the missing piece to our puzzle.  She keeps everyone on task and makes sure everything is running smoothly.  As a Nurse Extern & Medical Assistant, Libby is fully capable of assisting our patients with care related questions and in-office treatments, all the while tackling the 1 million administrative side quests Jess throws at her.  Her face is the first that you see and her voice is often who you hear when you call.  In her final year of nursing school, Libby brings the most up-to-date care plans, evidence based practice and a real meaningful perspective to the patient experience.  Not only is she smart and beautiful, she is incredibly skilled in so many areas.  She is a world traveler in her spare time and has visited 18 countries so far.  We absolutely love our Libs!

Melissa is one amazing nurse.  Her  clinical experience at a large hospital in Oakland County as an ICU nurse brings precision, safety and a meticulous level of detail to her skills as a nurse injector.  Melissa specializes in natural, conservative tox treatments, with a philosophy of less is more.  She is the very proud mama of Baby Brantley and spends her time off loving on his cute little face.  She also is often found in the gym, prioritizing her strength and mental well-being.  Melissa completed her neurotoxin fellowship with Jess and is accepting new patients!
